Privacy notice

Version of 14 September 2026. This notice describes exactly what the site does, not a generic policy.

This site is a static directory. It uses no analytics, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts and loads no resources from external servers.

1. What we collect through the site

Nothing. There are no forms, no sign-up, no newsletter, no comments and no social media buttons. The only field on the site is the directory search box, which runs entirely in your browser and never sends anything to any server.

2. Analytics and tracking

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Matomo, heatmaps, browser fingerprinting or any other measurement tool is used. There are no invisible pixels or tracking beacons. You can confirm this by opening the Network tab of your browser's developer tools: no request is made to any domain other than this site.

3. Third-party resources

Every resource — stylesheet, JavaScript, typography, flag, icon and image — is served from this domain. No Google Fonts, no content delivery networks, no external favicon services. Typography uses the visitor's operating system fonts, so no font file is downloaded at all.

4. Server logs

The hosting provider may automatically log IP addresses, date and time, the page requested and the user agent, for security and operational reasons. That processing depends on the provider eventually contracted.

Hosting provider and log retention period: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY EU DELEGATION]

5. Controller and legal basis

The following must be confirmed before publication. They are deliberately left blank so as not to attribute responsibilities to an entity that has not yet accepted them:

6. External links

The directory links to government, embassy, agency and chamber websites. Following one of those links takes you off this site and places you under the destination organisation's privacy policy, over which we have no control. External links do not force a new tab: that is the reader's decision, not the page's. They carry rel="noopener noreferrer", and the site applies a strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, so the destination does not receive the full path of the page you came from.

7. Your rights

Once a controller is identified, you will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The channel for doing so: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY EU DELEGATION]

8. Changes

Any change to how the site works that affects privacy will be reflected in this notice before it is deployed, not after.
